It’s The People’s Seat

Posted by admin on Jan-12-2010

UPDATE #2:  Meehan was hired by the DNSC to help Coakley’s struggling campaign with ‘messaging.’ So, ‘technically’ he IS a campaign operative and he apparently attacked a reporter. Oh, and BTW, he is an Obama appointee. Nice.

Regardless of the outcome of the Massachusetts special election for US Senate, this has got to be the defining moment ofthe year 2010:

More of this type of thinking has got to break into the conscience of the American public. Government does not give us our rights, God does. Government, party, and family dynasties do not hold claim to certain positions of power, it belongs always to the people being represented.

If we don’t take that power back from the people in government at ALL levels this year, we are going to lose what has made America great for 200 years. We will be eclipsed by the Chinas, Russias, and Indias of the world.

I’m just sayin……

UPDATE:

Leaving the state of Massachusetts to raise money at the feet of the Washington, DC power elite, MA Attorney General and Democratic candidate for ‘Kennedy’s’ seat in the US Senate witnessed an assault on a reporter for the Weekly Standard.

The dude doing the pushing? One Mr. Meehan, who it turns out, is a Democratic ’strategist’ and a huge Coakley supporter! The guy on the ground? Weekly Standard reporter John McCormack, who was asking Coakley questions she wanted to avoid. Her statement? “I didn’t see what happened.” Look at the photo, does it look like she wasn’t aware?

Here is the video Neal Cavuto played on FOXNews about events immediately after the body-check took place:

Violence…. From The Left.

Posted by admin on Nov-18-2009

UPDATE: Of COURSE they took this video off of Youtube….. we wouldn’t want the truth to come out, would we? In a nutshell: 2 Teaparty dudes walk through a pro-illegal immigrant protest taking pictures. They are attacked with sticks and signs in a 3-on-2 confrontation, and the Tea Party dudes hold their own. At one point, the elderly victim put his well-muscled attacker on the ground with his knee on his throat. It was sad and hilarious all at the same time. The persuasion of power indeed.

Why isn’t Congress melting down? Where is Princess Pelosi with her crocodile tears about the ‘violence’, and the ‘rhetoric’? This video of pro-illegal immigration and amnesty  goons attacking two unarmed Tea Party Patriots shows which side starts violence… and which side finishes it.

Did you notice how ‘Muscles’, who took the first shot with his sign and stick ended up on his back, pinned down until his girlfriend came in to make it 3 vs. 2?

The Rev. & Gladney @ LV Tea Party

The Rev. & Gladney @ LV Tea Party

Michelle Malkin posted this video and it is a shocking picture of the thugs from the left, doing everything that the Tea Partiers don’t do, but we get accused and they get away with it.

Remember Kenneth Gladney? He was attacked and called the n-word for being a conservative.

When I spoke with him at the Tea Party in Las Vegas, Kenneth said that he wasn’t really scared until they tried to kick him in the head when he was on the ground. That’s when he realized that he could be permanently injured or even killed.

I notice that the cheap-shot tactics are alive and well in the video above, and the intent is not to persuade with facts and truth, but to use the ‘persuasion of power’ because they don’t have any relevant arguments.

It is interesting that the good guy always try to fight fair, and the bad guy uses cheap shots. The U.S. Military holds to the highest standards and rules of engagement to fight fairly, and defeat the enemy, but not at the cost of their integrity.

Apparently, there isn’t that type of integrity on the other side. Just knock some heads, because the facts don’t support your arguments. Oh, and when you realize that you will be seen or recorded, act like you didn’t. Too bad the geniuses in this video didn’t know that this modern technology was right across the street.

Union Thugs Get Tough

Posted by admin on Aug-7-2009

Tampa, Fl. A townhall meeting with Rep. Kathy Castor turned violent when those turned away at the door wanted to have a hearing at their congressional rep’s townhall. Forced to stand in the doorway after not being allowed into the room, the crowd began to chant and yell to be heard.

Then you see three or four fat guys come out and pick the smallest guy at the front of the line and drive him against the wall. I’m not sure why they picked this particular person, except that they were twice his size. There was a Tampa police officer there the whole time and he didn’t mind the union backup, I guess.

This is beginning to happen across the nation, and many members of Congress are beginning to cancel townhalls or avoid them like the plague. TPM, an organizing website and communications hub, posted on their website an actionplan for thwarting townhall protestors. It lists any protestor or person resistant or hostile to the healthcare takeover as hired by lobbyists and insurance companies.

See, in their little union and community-organized world, nobody goes out and stands for something on their own. No one is willing to take a stand for something they believe in unless they are ‘organized’ or hired to do so. It’s sad, really, that so many Americans feel their country slipping away and are grasping to preserve what has made us great and all the left can to is project their own motivation on these regular Americans who want some answers and accountability.

Most of us don’t live in communities that have been ‘organized.’ Most of us just want to raise our families, work for a living, run our businesses, and enjoy life free from government interference. But when the government decides to spend so much money out of our pockets we can’t live, and then to take our freedoms in the form of ‘healthcare’ and ‘environmental legislation’ many of us have had enough.

When we call, and write, and email and get snottiness and form-letter blowoffs from our representatives, we know our voice isn’t being heard. When the media won’t cover a rally of 8,000 to 10,000 or show any pictures or footage of it, we become frustrated. When the liberal media becomes derisive of main-street family values, we know what side they are on.

So we go around them. This is our country. The townhalls, many of them are being sponsored by people we pay, our employees, our ‘representatives’ in government. Yet only some are qualified to be heard. Opposition is squelched, or worse, positioned in the minority purposely to ridicule and diminish it. Like the old liberal talkshows that have three liberal guests and then bring in own conservative in the middle so they can be harassed and overwhelmed by the ringers.

I am proud that so many are standing up, and I hope it continues. I pray for no violence, but I do pray that people will not be intimidated into silence. Use the internet, meet other like-minded people who want their country back, go to rallies and have your voice heard. Keep speaking out!
